1. Complete crack repair, plaster patching and any waterproofing before the scaffold goes up, or plan them into the same scaffold period.
2. Have paint on site before the scaffold arrives.
3. Work the elevations in the order the weather allows, not in the order they appear on the plan.
4. Off-hire elevation by elevation on a phased job rather than waiting for the last brush stroke.

Erection and Dismantling
